New Horizons Realty was founded in the Spring of 1973 by a forward thinking man, Jimmy Lutz. He inspired his  Agents to buy VW Beetles and have them painted the same bright yellow. Each Agent also painted the New Horizons Realty sunshine logo on the side of their car and parked them all in a row downtown to help advertise this new company.
